Hi gamers!

I've got my step brother coming to visit and he loves to play split screen campaign games aka 'couch co op'. Now I've purchased, GOW: Judgement, Fear 3 and Resident Evil 6 already and would like to purchase one more. Most of the reviews I've read regarding the two have been pretty poor but that seems to be based on single player. I've come across one or two reviews that mentioned co op was far more fun and so I still hold hope that these games can be at least enjoyed by playing couch co op. Can anyone help me decide which of the two I should go for? Perhaps they're both great fun in co op and I should get both?

Thanks :)

I fail to see how a bad game can be made better just by playing it with someone else, its the same campaign after all. That's just my opinion though.

What about Borderlands 1/2?

Not that I've played these games but I thought what made them terrible were the numerous bugs that would affect gameplay and the slightly dated graphics, which for one I've never been bothered by and I'm sure we'd be fine with replaying the same level again if a bug occurred. Borderlands sounds interesting but is the co-op only available for multiplayer gaming? Is it also integrated into the campaign?

It's not what you've asked but have you played Splinter Cell Conviction Co-Op Campaign, it's a standalone story to the main game. I really enjoyed playing it with a friend, encourages teamwork instead of two of you just running around doing your own thing.

+1 for Splinter Cell

Everything I've heard about Aliens Colonial Marines and Star Trek has been bad. From game breaking bugs to terrible AI that don't even react to you being there.

+1 on getting Borderlands 2, you can play through the whole campaign together in split-screen.
