Bad music @ the gym; I tire of Ke$ha while kurling

So I'm well up to date on all the latest trends in the world of pop music. Not out of choice, mind, but because good ol' Fitness First somehow think that people in the weight room at 6am want to be listening to it. Hell, maybe some people actually do. But me, I'm sick to death of it. Actually, I'm working on a theory that listening to Eliza Doolittle while pumping out heavy sets of benches is potentially dangerous. And I know from experience that catching side of Nicki Minaj's behind while doing bb walking lunges IS dangerous.

It's also brainwashing. I find myself inadvertently singing along. To Ke$ha songs. Oh, the humanity...

I know that feeling, every time I forget my headphones, I die a little bit inside.

Was mirin when I trained at Scott's gym, plugged my iPhone in to the hifi and blasted out some DragonForce.

Doubt I'm welcome back now.

There was talk a while ago of Apple designing a portable music player that didnt need tapes or cds. You could carry around with you and listen to all of your own music on.

Dont think anything ever came of it though :(

If only, then I could pack away the boom box and mc hammer pants.

Everyone knows fast tempo + metal = great gainz.

"And for The Lord said, bestow upon the world great metal and speed, and I shalt grant thee eternal flexibility and unparalleled strength"
-Pastor Gains, 200AD

I would listen to Keisha all day on repeat just so I don't have to listen to that Demi lovato tune. The whailing is terrible.

You miserable ****-******* ****. I Youtube'd that to find out what song that was and you've just ruined my day.

I'm going to have to listen to some really loud Slayer to get that filth out my head.

Thanks to the gym, I have listened to "Get lucky" by Daft Punk approximately 500 times, and as a result, I am absolutely sick of it.

I can't train with earphones so I just grin an bear it. My old gym used to put a mixture of metal, hip hop, and hip hop/metal fusion - I was in heaven.
