i currently have 2x 560ti in sli mode and I'm wondering if they are worth replacing with a gtx 770.

I've not had any problems with sli and dont need to be told about how sli is no good single card is always better yada yada .

what i really just want to know is if a 770 is more powerful than 560ti in x2 sli?

will i see a huge increase in fps in games? better graphics?

i've not had any problems with my 560ti's and i have really good fps in most games but a 770 is in my price range and if i get superior graphics and fps then i would seriously consider buying one.

how much better if any is a 770 and is it a worthwhile upgrade or am i better of waiting and holding onto my 560ti's a little longer?

Thanks in advance

Rush

my system is

i5 2500k @ 4.5 ghz
8gb corsair vengeance ram
750watt xfx psu
560ti sli
resolution @ 1920x1080

I am a massive nvidia fanboy at heart and if it was me in your shoes id go for a 770 SC or something but the truth is two 560 tis is a good setup, and even though 770's have some nice features id be amazed if there was a performance increase that would warrant your money. Upgrading now is always a good idea but in your case there is no need to upgrade yet, there are no games releasing before AMD release their new cards and see then if you want to upgrade buddy

I'm also nvidia fanboy too
ill stick to my 560ti's another year i guess :D i think it was just a case of my money burning a hole in my pocket :P

Hahaha its fine :L Nvidia all day long for me, although the drivers they have churned out are awful that cheesed me off but i still stick by their cards! I went from a 560 ti to a 770 Jetstream and im definately notlooking back, its awesome but from two 560 tis you literally wont notice it youll be fine on any game especially at 1080p, been playing Metro LL on it and i cant believe the difference! By the way SLI isnt always bad in fact most games nower days offet a nice 70 or so percent performance increase but sadly there is the odd straggler that (because of the lack of perspective a lot of gamers have) sways the opinions of some and then start splurting out "sli is bad". Im interested to see how rome 2 will use sli, i have a mate running 6850's sli so im hoping it gives an 80% boost. Either way cant wait!!!!

P.S. It looks like ypu caught the upgrade bug, my condolences to your wallet
