Hen Weekend Help

Hi folks,

3 of my close friends are all getting married in the space of 3 months, and as bridesmaid it has fallen to me to plan 3 hen weekends in a short space of time :( I’ve done two of them, and now I’m at the third its all become a bit overwhelming! This one just isn’t coming together.

I’ve contacted companies like Chilli Sauce for help, but some of the party don’t want accommodation for the night, and one can’t do anything on the Sunday which is affecting the overall quote so I think it might be easier to book everything separately as I've done with the other two. Sooo, can anyone help? :(

Location: London
Plan...
Saturday:
- Nude male life drawing or chocolate tasting/making experience
- Nice meal in London
- 1 night’s accommodation
Sunday:
- Spa day
Budget: £150 pp, and there are 11 ladies :)

If anyone can recommend anything that fits even a bit of the above plan, it would be a huge help :D

Mrs just had hers and rented an apartment in Camden for the weekend. It worked out like 30quid pp for it! Bargain! So have a look at that, as at that price it doesn't matter who has it for when etc.

Also look on places like toptable for deals for the meal to keep the costs down. The good thing about the apartment too is that you can have some bevvies before going out and it not cost a bomb.
 
Wife did something similar for her hen do, rented a cottage in the middle of nowhere, slept 14 women (the cottage not my wife) and they all got "blootured".

I have no idea what shenanigans went on but I'd guess a stripper of some kind at a minimum, heck I'd be disappointed otherwise. It's a less traditional "get wasted at a restaurant, vomit in street, molest a stripper and make out with your male bridgesmaid who's just a friend" evening though.

I gave a collegue a session at a life drawing class for Secret Santa. The info is:

Adrian @ Bethnal Green Life Classes - all the details are on the meetup site.

They do weekly classes but may be amenable to a private "session".
 
For my friends Hen Party we went on a jazz river cruise which was really nice. We had a meal as we went down the Thames while a jazz band played.
 
At least you have a plan! You are half way there!

Spa days can be expensive in London - have you had a look at Groupon?

That does sound nice. Might have been an idea for one of the other hen nights. This bride is more of a pint of Guinness, doing a jig in an Irish bar kinda girl :)

Thank you :) Nothing on Groupon from what I could see. As for food, as long as there's a good dessert menu the bride will be happy.

Thanks BB! I'll have a look into this company.

I was using the company Chilli Sauce for this hen, but because a few of the girls didn't want accommodation for the night it was affecting the overall quote for the rest of us, and they couldn't use the spa on the Sunday (spa was included in the accommodation). But the fact you can book apartments with UK Girl Thing might be a solution to that and we'll see about booking a spa separately. We'll see anyway! Thanks for your help :D
