Car jumps /jerks in 5th gear ??

Got a 2010 ford focus 1.6. All serviced all smooth apart from twice, going at 60mph very steady, foot just slightly on the accelerator , the car seems to act as if I've took my foot off the gas but I haven't ?
It kind of jerks very slightly, then I put my foot down abit and all is good.
It's like it slips out of accelerating If that makes sense ?
Any ideas guys ?

Slipping clutch? Do the revs increase but the speed of the car doesn't?

Assuming car of that age has electronic throttle, probably some sensor or other on the pedal/throttle assembly.

No, the revs don't increase.

Fly by wire is it called or something ?
