Looking at the video, the back of the plane doesn't look too good. Slides have been deployed though.

Slides deployed so hopefully that means they're off and fire doesn't look to big, but then it's the smoke which is the bigger issue.

Yeah. seeing the tail section missing like that makes me wonder if it didn't come down pretty heavily on it's arse end, and as a result the entire section broke off.

Seems to be sat at an odd nose up angle and I can't see any sign of the tail fin. Odd.

Roof of cabin burnt through totally, and no tail on the plane and no sight of it.

Well the plane can't fly without the rudder and elevators, so my guess is its come down hard on its tail, which snapped off and is someplace further up the runway.

It's totally missing to the bulk head by the looks on CNN, they seem to have a helicopter up videoing and they still can't spot it. But yeah it wouldn't fly without it.
