I would like to know also. give a short review when you get it.
Decided to pull the trigger on the V2770, will post pics up at the weekend
My viewsonic arrived today, terrific monitor
1080 is too low a res for a 27 inch monitor in my opinion.
Well to those guys who picked 1440p over 120hz I think you both made the right choice.
Currently I am using a Samsung Sa700D, it runs at 120hz and was very happy with the picture and gaming qualities and for the price it was last April, it really is a superb monitor.
But, for the last week I have had the use of a Dell U2412m and am really amazed at how good it looks. What surprised me was how good it was to game on. I am a first person shooter, didn't switch over from CRT until 120hz monitors were mainstream, and wasn't expecting gaming to be as good on the Dell as the samsung.
It was so good that I am thinking of changing over to a 1440p display myself.

Sorry dude, but that makes it sound like you think the dell is 1400p?
I was opposite.
I went from the Samsung 120hz to DellU2412M and then back to another 120hz monitor - BENQ.
Going from 120hz to 60hz is just so noticeable. :/
