Help me Spec £2500 PC

Wrong cable choice as the 24pin cable on the HX+ series is attached to the PSU at all times because it is not fully modular. The H110 my have issues in the 650D as I don't believe that the fan mounts for 140mm fans are offset so going push pull will not be an option (not that my spec included push pull). The SP fan specced are not really designed as airflow fans and are more geared to moving air though fin arrays, for normal airflow (casefan's) look at the AF like in my spec above.

The ASUS M6E is a cracking board in the right hands, but you have to ask yourself will you be using all of its extreme overclocking options or know how to use them???

The Corsair RAM is good but if the memory OC is what your after and didn't really care about the looks of the system, I would go with some Samsung based like the Team Group 2600MHz that are on sale here at OcUK.

That single GTX 780 will get beaten generally by GTX 770 in SLI (only a few games will actually show that a single GTX 780 is better and they will be few and half between).

That 144Mhz monitor is a great choice but costs quite a bit more, as you live so close to OcUK (jammy ***) ask to see 120Mhz vs 144Mhz .... I personally cannot tell the diff like I can (proved btw :D) between 60 and 120.

Also last but not least will you really noticed the diff with a high performance storage drive?? as its only going to be music and the like I guess I wouldn't think so.

Hi Thanks for responding,I don't know if you have seen but i had chosen the 800d case
Also I have a h100i in my system atm.

and it's great! I have overclocked my current CPU to 4.5ghz,As for the fans,

Thanks a lot i didn't know that i will change them as nothing is set in stone.

I'm trying to go for a Red/black components/Black and Orange.

The SSD is for the OS and games the other HDD will be for some other games...

With T.V shows and MP3 on them,I will be making other purchases for bigger drives,

Down the line,I'd like to stick to a low MS and 120/144hz if possible,But suggestions are welcome. For E.G a 2560x1440 or something i'd like to try

I have 3 120hz atm but they will be gone soon and i love the refresh rate.

Thanks for the feedback btw,Could you give me some suggestions regarding the PSU please.

Didn't think of 2x 770's it matches the price of one 780 kind of :) Nice one pal!

Keep it coming all!
