Hi,
Toying with the idea of a Vauxhall Monaro VXR which i'd have to go into debt for.

In the mean time I'm now toying with the idea of a bike engined kit car.
Ideally one with Hayabusa/ZX12R motor and is Caterham style.

I don't have kids, I don't do shopping etc so it can be totally impractical.

Have £3-4k and can borrow a bit i guess.

Edit - criteria - has too be quick. running costs not much of an issue as it would only be used for max of 8k miles a year.

Westfield.

Can't get more impractical than that for £10k.

For extra points get one with an aeroscreen.

You're not a true petrol head until you've owned a Seven style car.

If you've got £10k, make me an offer (I'll say no by the way!).

Spend £700 on a direct access course then get a sports bike.

Pretty sure it was helpimcrap who had a life changing bike accident !

Assuming this is a one off amount of money (savings) I would rule out the things that are going to cost a fortune to run or maintain . Personally Would probably be looking at a cheap track car for the most fun , keep the rest of the money for associated costs

That SL is fantastic for £10k.

OK, apart from the hideous Mclaren badge and alloys, but still.

They are one of the cars I dream of owning, and one day soon I will have one.
