A box full of text books probably round 15ish kg. It's an eBay auction btw.

What is the best pickup / deliver courier website for this?

I tried to use parcel2go some months back to deliver an eBay item I sold and what happened was they twice on 2 days said oh we have your delivery slot booked the courier will be over today to pick up your item and twice they just didn't show up?

I was seriously wtf'ing... in the end I just cancelled it and said look I'm going to post office because I cannot deal with another delay. Especially since it was an eBay item.

Anyone else had any other similar experiences? or knows a better service / more reliable one I can use? I really don't want to go through that again, where they just don't show up and this time it really is too big to send via royal mail so that's now not an option.

Take the parcel to a local post office (not sorting office) and ask to ship via parcelforce. No waiting around for someone turn up either.

I find using Collect+ the easiest method. Never had any issues. Simply print off the label and drop off at my local cooperative.
