How to stop GF buying me a imac

Hello,

Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong section.
Now before I go on I do not want to start anything about macs vs pc etc, I have a like for both.

My girlfriend wants to but me an imac and I have said in the past i would love to own one but then I didn't really do much gaming I do own a iPad and iPhone, over the past few months I have really got more in the pc gaming and would rather have a gaming pc. I have looking into what I use a pc for and it would suit my needs down to the ground. Now I have tried to explain why i do not want a imac and rather have a PC that is £500 cheaper but i cannot find the best way to explain.

Sounds a little stupid I know but I finding it hard lol.

Perhaps she wants to stop you playing games and is bright enough to realise that a mac will probably achieve that.
