Entitled horse owner causes poo headache in McDonalds

It's hardly surprising that the horse pooped itself being taken into a burger bar

Probably sensed it's relatives were there.

It's called a drive through, not ride through

At least she got an FPN, too often idiots do stupid things and it's just laughed off by everyone involved.

"It is against their Health and Safety policy to serve horse riders in the drive-thru"

Does it really?
So sub section 5, paragraph 7 specifically states
"It is against Health and Safety regulations to serve fast food to people on horseback"

Wow that's amazing, congratulations to McDonalds on having the most comprehensive H&S manual ever, it really does cover every eventuality.

Slimey toady do nothings, deserved what they got.
I hope they didn't try and sell the horse poo to someone expecting a cheeseburger

Turn down the irrational dial a notch and consider that perhaps they don't want horses defecating all over their drive through tarmac which other customers then have to drive their cars through, or their staff have to clean up.

or more likely just "the drive through is for cars and small vans only".

people don't tend to list the exclusions but the inclusions

They won't serve cyclists either

drivethru must be more dangerous than A roads

All she had to do was park the horse, go inside and get her meal.

From experience its quicker than the drive through unless you're the only person there. There is always someone who stops too far from the window/doesn't speak loud enough/can't find enough money - in the drive-thru queue and you end up sitting there.

Or she could have always just eaten the shetland pony in a bun :D

I believe the main issue here is the customers already in the McD's saw what was coming out of the pony looked at their own food and then realized what was on their plates was literally just being created on the floor by said pony at no cost to them... they promptly left to find the nearest stable!
