Best tablet for 40-60 quid?

Sister is wanting a tablet for her daughter for about 40-60 quid. Any ideas what to look for?

Not sure how good they are as £60 is pretty cheap but what about the Acer Iconia tablet? It's around £70 but you may be able to snatch one up for £60 on some site.

Just don't get any unknown brands. I've made that mistake before!

Which one is that also what is galaxy tab 2 like as they seem to be going around the similar price used on the bay. Tbh tho id like to get somit brand new for 60-70 at a push tho. It is for a birthday after all.

£70 you'll struggle. BRAND new in shops are around £130-£150 for the nexus 7 and Galaxy tab 7.You're probably going to have to buy second hand.

If you can get the galaxy tab then that's a better option than the Acer. The Galaxy tab is my favourite tablet.

I dont know if its just the one I've got but for a child with light use daily the tablet is never far from the charger. It's not really ideal.

What about a blackberry playbook? pretty sure they come in under £70 now. Not sure how many of the android games are compatible since they've made it android compatible though.
