Favourite ice cream is a chocolate Top Gun. They are made by nestle but are not available in the UK :( You get them in Cyprus and other countries. Peanut Butter Cup B+J is also great but you can only get that in cinemas for now (unless someone can prove me wrong).

i've not bought a lolly for about 20 years. :p but i do remember feasts being rather nice.

these days i just get cheapo tubs of icecream or carte dor if it's on special offer. i'll never spend more than 2 quid on anything. :D

Rarely eat icecream or lollies now. I do like a Magnum though every once in a while. Favourite from my younger years was probably Solero.

Haagen daz strawberry cheesecake ATM.
It's almost impossible to find decent ice cream these days, so many have now gone to incorporating air, even if they aren't advertised as soft scoop, just to lower there overheads. As it replaces about a third of the cream. It's not ice cream though, texture and melt is all wrong.
Case I point all filled with air and just totally wrong texture and totally different melt feel, save the £2 and get a box of corner os, snickers etc.

Magnum double caramel is pretty darn sweet for something on a stick.

Quite partial to a Magnum infinity this weather. The chocolate and caramel one :)

Also used to really love the Fruit Pastels lolly. But not had one of those in ages.

Magnum. Must be the white choc version, and bought from a shop rather than an ice cream van. I remember 20 years ago us average school kids would go to the van to buy a Feast for 45p which was the average price for an ice cream back then. Then there was always that 1 spoilt brat who would buy the Magnum for 85p and we called him splash out kid. Do they still allow ice cream vans at school or have the PC brigade stuck their oar in like banning certain drink types with packed lunches etc?

I eat a lot of ice cream. It probably constitutes 10% of my calorie intake at the moment!

I really love proper Italian ice cream. There is a fantastic place in St John's Wood called gelato mio, and I think they may have a couple more places. Pricey but we'll worth it.

At the moment we have got a couple of tubs of Ben & Jerry's the freezer, but I wouldn't say I am a massive fan.
I have been enjoying a few of my daughters mini milks recently (white is best), and in the summer I love pure fruit lollies.

Anyone remember Nerds ice creams? They were around for about a year in the 90s and were just strawberry ice-cream on a stick with Nerds in it. Amazing.

Magnums are pretty damn good, but the best one has to be the Mini fruit meringue (#2). It's like a cranberry version of Eton Mess in dark chocolate on a stick.

For me it is Zap ice cream lollies. Haven't had one since the early 90s though :p

e: anyone remember the cider lollies?

Yeah, I remember seeing cider lollies in Asda friday last week.

What were those fudge based ones you could get? I remember pinching one from a caravan park site shop by stuffing it down my trousers as an 9 year old.

For me it has to be a good old fashioned Lemonade Lolly!!! Been having them to cool down while digging my front garden in the blazing heat and they are so refreshing!!!
