£300 to £350 gaming pc

So yea my mate wants a gaming pc for £300 to £350 but I can't decide on what things to get, dedicated graphics will be needed ad prefer the processor to be intel so I need suggestions on the components thanks

That is not much of a budget for a gaming rig, even for medium performance.
Does he require just the tower and has he any components from an existing PC he can reuse?

From scratch you are looking more 450-550 price wise.

Although you could improve the performance with a 6670 in hybrid xfire, the 7790 would be better.

You might want to swap out the Psu, that Coolermaster is`nt very good.

If you look at latencies in recent games with Pentiums, I'd really avoid them:

Fair - he said he was after Intel, so that's what I did - can't get an i3 on that budget obviously. But if he's willing to go AMD, go that route. He can always add a dedicated GPU later on as well.

Yeah, I wasn't having a go at your spec, just at this budget the APU is the better option
