Quick question about build

I'm ordering a very basic/cheap barebone system + cpu + ram. Just thought I would make sure everything is ok before I click the button.

I'm on a v strict budget and would use the pc for general use and casual gaming. Mostly games from the past not high end demanding software.

I have everything else including radeon 4850 gpu and corsair 430 w psu/ hard drive/ optical drive etc.

What I want to know simply is if everything will be compatible (would i need anything else to get this pc working straight away like thermal paste for the cpu or anything?)

Also, is there a better alternative cpu for the same price?

Thanks in adv

Didnt mention this. I need to use the asus mobo because it has a pcie x1 slot above and below the pciex16 slot so that I can fit my wireless card in with my GPU (GPU is pretty big and I think i need the x1 slot above the x16

If this is for even light gaming I'm a bit concerned about the sempron. An FM2 build (with a suitable board) would be better at the budget end.

@CreateNPlay, you're going to get told off for that sig :)

Great thanks. Because i dont need the psu does anyone know if OCUK would exchange it for something else or just reduce the price of the order?

would anyone mind recommending something with a max budget of £140 bearing in mind I have a GPU/optical/hard drive/monitor. Big criteria is that I'm able to fit my network card in with my GPU (which has a big cooling system) its the ice q radeon 4850 so I believe that it would be best to have an available slot above the pcie x16 slot.
