*** League of Legends ***

Are you saying that somehow it's not my team's fault that I picked AD Ziggs Jungle and fed 0/15?

I refuse to believe that practicing one role and a handful of characters over and over will make you better with them. That's like saying practice and experience matter when clearly I am naturally talented and should be in Challenger league, not Bronze 5.

So you're saying practise doesnt make pefect?....... I think you need to use your brain more dude because what you said makes no sense haha.

Clearly Scotteh is correct because he is an amazing vayne becuase he plays it so much. It applies to every champ, why is insec such an amazing lee because he plays it so much, why is froggen such a good anvia because he practises and plays it so much before pro....

Just witnessed how effective muting everybody in the game can actually be. Me, typically being a rather angry/frustrated gamer at times, I tend to get angry at my team mates and sometimes lose motivation to play when people make mistakes on my team and we get behind. I call people out a lot and ask them why they made their decisions and why they died, and it usually crumbles the morale of the team. This game I had been forced to play support (it is my 2nd main after Jungle) and the entire team got off to a bad start. Our Rammus flashed over onto their blue at lvl 1 and inevitably died... A few minutes later we were down about 5-15 on kills and by muting everyone in the game including my own team mates I managed to contain my anger since I couldn't talk to anyone, and I communicated through pings. We managed to get some decent team fights and we eventually picked up Baron and won the game. Today I learnt how to contain my emotion in a game... and I must say it did feel pretty nice when we destroyed the Nexus.
Yay

Glad to see the matchmaker on this game is just as retarded as it is on every other game.

Went in with 1 friend to a draft pick normal. I'm level 18, he's a fairly decent lvl30 player. Puts us with 3 others who were sub 30. Enemy team gets 4 level 30s, the bot pre-made as a Vayne and Thresh who were basically wrecking everyone.

So yeah, very balanced teams. Our Varus was level 13 and was basically useless against such a duo.

Don't know what it is about Aram, but I spent the whole day playing it yesterday. Really enjoyable, especially with a group on TS. Oh and I do love playing Nidalee and her sniping spears :D

failed my Silver > Gold promo.

I played horribly, I dunno why, i think i was over tired, it was around 3am when i was playing, i had one really good game on TF, then i dunno why but i thought it would be a good idea to play lissandra who im not as good at with compared to TF, Ahri, zed and so on.

Got booted down to around 72 points, lost another game, then won a game and got around 30 odd points and i'm back up for promotion.

I've only just discovered ARAM, and I completely agree with you about Nidalee's sniping spears :D

I played a game last night as Caitlyn. She is my ADC of choice and we steam-rolled the opposing team. I picked up a Vampiric Scepter as my first item and only died when I wanted to buy more items :D

Thanks for the game last night, definately feel i need more practice to catch up with you guys but i'm sure if we play more together i can do it.

Just wanna apologise for my pants Malphite though :D

My honest opinion is that if you really want to improve just get out of that bronze 5, once you start playing with better players you will slowly improve, but i feel that playing with us is a little too much of a jump but if you play with bronze 1's or silver 5's etc you will slowly but surely improve :)

wanna get out of silver as soon as possible. currently trying to get promo from silver 4 to 3 (only been in s4 for 2 days). hate playing with bronzies nowadays

I know gold players that you'd think are bronze level. so there isn't much to look forward to in terms of thinking a higher lvl league will bring you about better games. just enjoy the experience for what it is.

Ah well. Will need to jump higher then :D think i might purchase lissandra next!

I really want Sejuani. I love playing Voli at the moment and have had some good ganks playing him as jungle. I've surprised quite a few champs with his passive when it comes to 1v1. I owned Renekton top lane the other day and Jax didn't want to stick around either in another game. He can clear quite quickly with his E too playing jung.

Liss looks like a good choice, decent in team fights if you play her well.

Won my promo to Gold, went 0-1 down and then came back and won the next 3 games! :D

Congrats!

a few more normals to go before I hit 30 and can get my feet wet in ranked, looking forward to it less and less though from some things have read here and by some friends who've just finished their placements.

I would advise against jumping straight into ranked if you're only just about to hit level 30, you wanna make sure you got the runes/a decent champ pool and a fair bit of experience in level 30 games first of all or you will probably end up regretting it and starting lower than you would like.

Aye, someone has already said that too me, might hold off a while tbf. Main support and trying to play Nami 90 percent of the time and Sona/Thresh the rest.

Could do with learning a couple of other roles incase I can't support.

If you're maining support then I doubt you would have much trouble getting it, especially in silver apart from the occasional duo that go bot, but yeah I would definitely get a bit of practice at level 30 first and learning atleast 1 more role would be advisable.
