I really meant what shows up on your feed. Adverts are off to the right generally and just use an ad-blocker if they annoy people.

People also seem to think its just about friends (even though half the time 98% of people's friends lists aren't actual friends and you wonder why you don't care what they say, delete em), I find it very useful to keep upto date with certain events, products, companies, news etc. it's replaced Flipboard for me. I can just like NASA, SpaceX, upton chili farm etc and just see what they post and keep up todate like that.
 
The last laugh goes to the people who run Facebook, who get to store the desperate attention-seeking posts of the insecure, who are of the massive misconception that people care.
 
It's people posting endless pictures of their children, and talking about their child's toilet habits which annoy me.

A girl I knew actually posted a picture of 'a number two' in a potty, to show all and sundry that her daughter had used it for the first time, big beaming smile on her face as she posed with it. :confused:

I don't really get why anyone posts more than once a week to Facebook to anyone who's not in the country, it's a bit of a daft website where teenagers and post-teenagers seem to require constant agreement from their fellow morons regarding their continued existence.

What really got me was being out at the weekend to see a comedian, the idiot next to me was so intent on getting a photo of himself at the event on his own phone (selfie) that he missed one of the most amusing jokes, his mate didn't - his response when this was pointed out?

Did you video it so I can watch it later?

What the..

Why go to live shows if all you'll do is try to muck about on Facebook to show you are attending a live show..

Anyway back on subject, if I attempted to have a conversation with my wife over facebook or have one of those corny-semi-fictional conversations with her about how cute our daughter is she'd probably kick me out, does her head when her friends do it with their husbands/partners.
