Real Madrid, the most prestigious club side in the world. Also happen to be the richest without a so-called sugar daddy bankrolling everything.

They don't half mess around, when they want the best they get the best. If they get Bale La Liga is going to be fun.

Bale & Ronaldo vs Messi & Neymar.

they usually get their man :(

It's quite tedious, isn't it? Last summer we had Spurs fans on here praising his negotiating skills when they signed Dembele - all he done was pay the buyout clause in his deal.

It is, it's odd how they mention him so often, Levy this, Levy that, yet he does nothing special at all. One could even argue he's more of a negative than a positive.

Spurs are in a very strong position to demand a very high valuation from the sale of Bale. I'd sell him, invest in some very strong replacements to make it more of a team effort, they were so reliant on Bale last season (which is not good). Better in the long run to have decent team playing cohesive football.
RM might be all hot air right now though.

There you go again, not being able to understand a simple sentence.

Is English your first language cm?

sorry for pointing out the fact.

99% of spurs fans don't like levy and his tactics. you'll find most of the time we bash him, not praise him. but there are very few who doesn't respect how tight he runs the ship and out wage structure. it would seem he is now finally seeing that spurs need to change a few things to progress (the the extra tv revenue has played a massive part in this) he also needs to show AVB he is backing him or he will walk.

we lost modric last summer, a year longer than most people thought and after a short tantrum, modric got on with things and had a good season. levy is in the driving seat with bale. bale has not said he wants to leave, if he does, spurs get a massive profit, if he doesn't, spurs hold onto the best and most exciting player in the pl.

oh and he's trying to tie the soldado deal up with baldini too. he's already signed two players this window. who else has done that apart from the big hitters?

Absolute rubbish.
Most spurs fans see the big picture, he is trying to/has made us competitive without spending a fortune and then hoping we win, we have done it the "smart way". We have some great players, a fantastic young manager, a world class training facility and will soon add a new stadium to the list.

He knows it is a business, and football fans who think it isnt are crazy, he is there to make us money, now weather that be short term 80million or long term who knows what.

I'd sell tbh, spurs could stumble next season, bale could struggle for form, get injured and go for 20m next year.

I'm not sure how your 'fact' related to my post though. Do you always respond to people with random, unrelated comments?

because if you don't think levy is very good at his job of negotiating, how do you rate the blokes in charge of transfers at liverpool? and i didn't even need to mention andy carroll.

Like I keep saying, you can't understand simple sentences.

Did I say whether I thought he was a good negotiator or not? I said it's tedious the way Spurs fans go on about him. As I said, he was praised for simply paying the buyout clause. I'm pretty sure I told you this last summer cm - his job (re Dembele) was so simple that even you could have done it.

I love the logic, question something from a different club and get the 'yeah well you're club did x y and z' as if it is ****ing relevant and means you can't question anything another club does.

At this point in time, it's running late, all the top targets have been bought, I would like to see Arsenal got out and buy relativley cheap players (£15mill bracket) but who have potential.

There must be good players out there who are avialble and who dont cost a bomb to buy. Plug the holes in the squad and see what happens.

There just has to be a decent striker out there under £20mill who is worth the outlay.

---

What doesnt make sense, is even Spurs have done better business than Arsenal and they dont have Champions League football!!

Ivan Gavidis is obviously pants for this sort of thing!

so simple no one else did it and he was one of the best cm's last season who would've improved any team bar maybe city or chelsea. bargain.

stick me on ignore then. has your club done any business or are you just picking up on things cos there's nowt going on other than suarez trying to find a way out?

thought so.

This is why I won't put you on ignore. You're too funny.

I need to realise that you're a lost cause and not to bother replying to you though.
