Below is my Current shopping list for ~£1000, before I pull the trigger can I get an opinion or two?

This is my first Build in about 6-7 years (yes it has been THAT long) and I want to be sure everything fits together. I have a case and an SSD. I also have a Fairly decent Corsair 520w Power supply but I've read the Haswell requires a new standard of Power supply?

I will also be overclocking.

Will you be looking at adding another GPU in the future?

What is the system being used for?

Looks good.

You could drop the motherboard down to the Z87X-D3H unless you really need the extra features. OCing wise you will probably hit the voltage / thermal limit of the chip long before the limits motherboard.

PSU wise, see if your old PSU is on this list. Even if it is not you can disable the ultra low power state in the Bios and your old PSU should work fine.

Ah yes - I could have been clearer - Will be used for gaming - main CPU heavy games like Flight Sims and such. I don't plan on going SLI as it yields little benefit in the Sims I fly.

Some good advice there - I may opt for the DH3 - didn't realise they are almost the same. My Powersupply is Corsaier HX520 which is on the list as "Likely compatible — currently validating" so thats another saving, I'll stick with that. Many Thanks Fire_fly :)

OK gents here is where I am after a bit of Tweaking - going to stick with the 16GB (Always wanted a RAM Disk to run things from :) ) Opting for the DH3 and ditching the new power supply. The cooler has also been changed as per RJC's recommendation (nice post layout BTW, that must have taken some work, appreciated) If there are no Glaring errors I'll Probably order within the hour.

Many thanks for all your help - I'm getting excited about it now :)
