Shes got the job already. I interviewed for FDM, and they were saying that at the moment, they have more vacancies than they have people to fill them.
FDM basically give some basic training in IT, then ship their employees off to work as glorified agency workers for large firms.
1st year pay £21k, 2nd year £24k. You are locked into working for them for two years minimum, if you leave early you will have to pay £20,000 for the training they provided for you.
During your 2-3 month training period you are unpaid, and have to be at their training centre in London or Manchester every day. When at their assessment centre you are subjected to a several hour long sales pitch, expressing the importance of turning up to work hours before you have to, and leaving hours after. Telling you about how great of a company FDM is, and that they can get you to work for companies that you won't be able to get into without them.
On the plus side, there are some stories of people being hired by the company they end up working at for a considerable sum after the two years.
In my opinion, FDM are a last resort for graduates. Only go with them if you are desperate for a job and understand all of the restrictions it imposes upon you. I turned them down.
