New gaming PC 600-650£

Hey guys,

New to the forums .

I'm looking at building a new gaming PC, I would prefer to build it myself and stick it all together. I am however, open to buying a pre-made from overclockers if that is a better option for the budget.

I have:

• Monitor
• Keyboard
• Mouse
• Speakers

So as far as the tower goes I will need everything included. The games I will be playing are World of Warcraft and Day Z (when it finally comes out).

I would like to have an SSD thrown in there too. As for AMD or Intel I am open to either (whichever gives me the most bang for my buck).

My budget is 650£ this is EX VAT. so probably somewhere close to 800.

That build looks great, I wont be needing an OS I have a copy of Windows 8 ready for it.

Will I see any hardware compatibility problems if I'm going to be using Windows 8?

Furthermore, will I need to order any extra cables/ wiring? Or will everything I need for the build come with the individual parts?

Windows 8 is more than fine (I use it myself, with an SSD the boot speeds are phenomenal). If the budget allows say £20 more you could get a better case, as that is quite a basic chassis.

Everything will come with the parts above, all are new.

You can always add an aftermarket cooler at a later date, if you wish to OC. Bigger hdd and a better case.

The Gpu is`nt due in stock until Monday, earliest. So I have included the Asgard Pro which is a better alround case than the Merc Beta but you would need to ask Ocuk when they expect it back in stock. Drop them a note in Customer Services.
