Porsche has not changed in 40 year.

Nothing has. That's why people keep taking digs at the 911, because there's nothing else to dig at it for. Clutching at straws and all that. It's quite an achievement, to make a car year after year for the good part of a century and it still be extremely popular and iconic.
The 911 is a classic and timeless shape. Sure, details have changed but there's no mistaking what car it is. Can anyone think of any other vehicle that has such an iconic shape that it's lasted this long?

Looks wise, like he mentioned. You cannot deny that.
Indeed, all I know is that if I ever find myself with around 80k lying around then a new C4S is is definitely the car I want.

Just look at it, I mean seriously look at it. How can anyone say anything negative about that?!
A person from the 1950's would recognise my 2013 plasma as a TV.
Lazy design or what, I'm never buying another TV again.

The fact you can tell the difference between a 1973 and a 2013 911 at a glance is proof enough of this.
