Fine, add an admin fee of £2000 for anyone wanting to fly from the UK to Spain. That'll quickly destroy their tourism industry.

They're not really giving Gibraltar or the UK much of a choice but to stand firm...

and families that have lived there going on 300 years. but lets forget that so the spanish fishing fleet can empty more fishing grounds like they have done to their own.

It might just be a rock to you but it's my homeland. We only want peace and good relations with Spain. We always offer the olive branch but its just used by Spain to beat us in return. Read some of the comments made by spainards on tweeter asking for the frontier to be closed and for us to ge gassed like Jews.
To sell it or give it back like you say couldn't be more coloninal even if you tried harder.

So, seeing as Spain's government is waging a de-facto economic war on a part of the UK, how about we use our sway in Brussels to make things difficult for Spain, seeing as they're dependent on EU bailout money?

Screw the EU, I think it's about time that NATO stepped in and told Spain to stop. These are acts of agression and as such are a big no no between member countires. It's not as if Gibralter has not been "convenient" for NATO in past "emergencies"
