The A10-6800K is quite pricey. The A10-5800K is £25 cheaper and really just as good, you can overclock it to make up the clock difference.

A 350W PSU is plenty for the system.

Lower the RAM Kit, go for a cheaper AM3+ board, get an FX6300 with a 7770 or something = Better.

Bearing in mind FM2 is dead (Lol)
The 6800K at 125 is too expensive, as imo is an 5800k at 100.

when you have an extra 100 quid or so, your next 2 upgrades can be an ssd and a heatsink to give a nice boot in performance

ps: check what power supply you have...may need to factor in the cost of a new power supply as i see you may have a 360w psu =x

Is there anything on the F2A85X-UP4 you want in particular?

No, not really, but it's better than the other one, the reviews look good and well, i got the money for it. i got upto £430.
Edit: Also, i would prefer a ATX. That one is mATX.
