My brother is ordering the following and he's wondering if anybody has any changes they would recommend and if its compatible etc, unsure about the motherboard.

RAMS a bit slow, Haswell have a good memory controller so I personally would be grabbing a 2133MHz or greater kit.

Yea. Read a review recently the Haswell using higher speed actually can increase frame rate for some games by 1-2fps comparing to the 1600MHz memory.

The BitFenix Spectre 200mm should be changed to a BitFenix Spectre PRO 230mm. I fitted one in Prodigy no problem (though it took a while to figure out which holes to mount it to, as no instruction was provided).
