Hi all

I bought the following spec :

ntel Core i3 2120 CPU, H67 Chipset, 8GB DDR3
600MHz, 1TB H
DD, Corsair 430W 80+ B}+ PSU, AMD HD 7770 1GB Graphics, OcUK DVD-RW, HD 7.1 Audio, Cooler Master Elite 334 Case, Intel CPU Cooler

as an express bundle but the only game i get to work is CRYSIS 3.

Its says the GPU isnt dx11 supported.

Anther issue i have is that i have HIS iturbo software but it doesnt pick up my graphics card.. Do i have to disable my inTEL HD graphics or does anyone know a solution.

This has been doing my head in for days now ..

Can someone help asap please.

Thanks

Have you got the latest drivers installed for the HD7770?

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/amd_catalyst_13.8_beta.exe

If your card isn't being detected by the HIS software I'm wondering if you're actually running on the onboard graphics instead of the 7770. Is your display plugged into the discrete card?

Thanks teppic for reply . I am not 100% techical but maybe 50%. Not sure what you mean . I checked my control panel and it says under display adapters - Intel HD graphics and thats its no graphics card that i can see. What do i do next ...

Is your monitor plugged into the socket next to all the USB ports/audio ports etc. or is it plugged into the separate PCI-E slots where your graphics card is installed?

With the H67 chipset you might need to disable the Intel HD Graphics in the bios first maybe before the HD7770 will be detected.

Monitor is plugged into beside the USB ports . Didnt know that would have been an issue ... I am could do it from the boot menu and try and disable it but would need some more advice if possible.
Thanks for helps so far lads..

That will be your onboard graphics if it's by all the USB slots.

There should be a discrete card where the PCI-e slots are further down the back of the board. Same HDMI/DVI connection

The motherboard might well auto change your display to use the 7770 once it's plugged in however you might need to go in to the BIOS and just change the display option to use the PCI-e port instead of on-board. Should be fairly obvious where that is.

Then install the latest drivers for the 7770 from AMD

I dont want to go missing inside as i dont want to mess this up . If i plug it in the back at the bottom this should work shouldnt it ?

You don't need to go inside the case. Just take the cable from the on board slot (near the usb slots) and plug it in on the graphics card ports on the outside of the case
