probably will not use this due to their employment policies

Yep, same here.

In theory its good news but I'm hating Amazon more and more each day, I think I'd rather support a company like GMG if they remain competitive.

Also Amazon are generally just the masters of price matching, and they'll get more expensive after they've killed off the competition.

GMG can suck it.

I am FORCED to pay in USD as their stupid region locking does not recognise the Channel Islands as being British and/or being GBP currency countries.

I emailed them about it and their useless, trashy response was "I don't know why...that's just the way it is"

Used GMG in the past, but the current incarnation is abysmal.

O_O! Even has a Mac section.

Borderlands 2 Mechromancer is 3.99, I paid €9.99 on steam.

Season Pass is £9.99 O_O!

EDIT: Only available to UK customers...well Screw you Amazon! I was about to spend a small fortune on DLC packs and games....

It's not?

I looked at it yesterday. BF4 is not on digital distribution but the normal physical pre-order (with china rising) copy is £35.99, they even remove VAT for those of us whom are exempt.
I'm looking at it now and it seems to be digital:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=419147587&pf_rd_i=2683271031

Download it the minute it comes out.
You will receive an e-mail when this item is available to download. Learn more.

Defiance £6.99... :o
Far CRY 3 £9.99 is pretty good too.

I don't believe this is UK only.
What difference does it make selling to Ireland?

Now I can't get these offers.

Tell me about it, makes no sense at all.

I did manage to get it in the end. Just add a UK address to your address book, and use it as the invoice address. It's an online order so you'll just get a mail, it's what I did with the .com site to order stuff there.

If it is as good as their MP3 service then I will make use of it. Competition and market forces should hopefully result in better prices.
