Well I'd say it's more accurate that 59% claim to follow Christianity. The numbers of people who go to Church and/or follow the teaching of Christianity is much, much smaller I'd guess. Whereas I'd I'd guss those 5% of Muslims probably mostly all do follow the religion (i.e. fast at Ramadan, go to Mosque etc).
Sadly, Pascal's Wager tends to skew the reality from what people actually actively believe.

There is a certain threshold, if you are below that then you pay no zakat and if you are above it then you pay...simples
