Hello all,

I am thinking of making a purchase of some LED ceiling tiles for work (About £3000 worth) I have contacted this company and they have told me that the only payment methods they accept are bank transfer and Paypal. Now I am wondering, how safe would it be to make this purchase? as my boss would not be at all happy if the deal was to go wrong.

The reason I would like to use this site is because they are WAY cheaper than anything else I can find

Any help appreciated

Dunno about those - Place I work for source and supply/fit all sorts of lighting for office and commercial space. Hacel is one of the brands we use reasonably often and JCC (skytile).
Check them out and look for your nearest wholesaler, see what they can do for you maybe? *
Seems Vtac or whoever they are only have a 2 year warranty. Iirc quite a bit of the JCC kit has 5 years extended.

There's a load of options to choose with most of these types of 600x600 modular fittings, dimmable, emergency (maintained/non maintained) PIR detection switching etc.

What average lux level are you hoping to achieve? Or are you just planning to straight swap out old fluorescent fittings for led?

* I don't work for any of the suppliers/manufacturers/wholesalers - we are an electrical contractor. Just so you know ;)

I just called them they seem legit, 45W 1200mm x 300mm at 6000K ('white') or 4500K ('daylight', or slightly yellow) they say retail at £92.00, and they offered them to me for £55.20 each. It's gonna cost you an arm and a leg to do an office.

Spose you could double it as a marijuana plantation at nights and weekends to cover your costs if you dont mind the smell :)

only one review on amazon..
