Just purchased items for new build..

Hi all,

Just recieved my items for my new build.

Part of the order was this mobo MSI 990XA-GD55 AMD 990X Chipset (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard

So I thought a decent MIDI case to go with it: Aerocool Qs-202 Midi Tower Case - Black

Now despite the name and title "Midi", its actually a mini case and therefore won't fit my mobo. Now I know I probably should have read the full desc, but the other case I wanted was OOS so I just selected another case that looked nice and had "MIDI" in the title.

I'm not quite sure where I stand. :confused:

This was the rest of my build:

Speak to Ocuk, they might be able todo something, especially if your going to buy another case from them.
 
Normally things under the DSR mean you pay return postage, but since this is due to an error in ocuk's description, they shouldn't ask you to do that.

It's an easy mistake to make but the case can be returned under DSR as the guys have said.

Would anyone care to guess what size mobos fit in this case?

I accept that I am at fault by not reading the full spec, but I only went off the title lol :/

I will get another case from them.. I think I will have a drive down as I am a little impatient.
 
Great idea! I will have to have a chat with OC. My only issue is I am very impatient, when I want something, I want it lol.. Thanks for all your help. Nice to know a good community is here backing a decent company.
 
I am in work tomorrow, I can arrange a collection on the case for you to get it back to us so we can refund you in full for the case. And you can purchase the right case, I shall sort out amending the product as you are right it looks misleading. :)

Please post in the Pre-Sales section of the forum, in the customer service section with your order number. And I shall help you get this sorted out tomorrow morning. :)

Thankyou. If it is all the same am I alright to pop down to the shop? That way I can sort things faster?
