Hi all, would like some tips/guide on some basic exercises I could do at home to build up a bit of muscle in my arms? Can't really change all my meals, but any basic things I could do each day, and how many of them? Thanks
 
Masturbation, really helps you build big big arms.

The key is the tempo, you have to do it furiously and often, it aint called HIIT for nothing

If you don't have the stamina to begin with, you can always rope in a friend or two to help out.

You have considerable misconceptions about... well, everything.

btw if you want some serious answers.

pull ups
press ups
sit ups
squats

all the basic exercises you should already know

a lot of parks have "outdoor gyms" for the parent's to use whilst the kids play
but they are kinda crap with no resistance so you would be better off using your own weight unless you want cardio
