I've recently been looking some chest of drawers has the draws I currently own are too small for my needs and a tad old fashioned, had them for nearly 20+ years now, still in amazing condition. However I found it pretty difficult (expensive) to find the correct size draws to fill the space I had in mind within my room.
Soooo.... I've gone for the next best thing. New desk (with drawers)! Excuse the current state of my room and computer, been doing some DIY to both
Thinking of going from the above which measures at 120cm(L) x 60cm(W) x 70cm(H) to the following...

IKEA LINNMON / ALEX comes in at Length: 200 cm(L) x 60 cm(W) x 74cm(H), this would take it to just below the light switch in the first picture, plus I'd have drawers on both ends which are around 50cm deep.
Is it a yay or nay?
