500-800 gaming PC

My wee cousin has asked me to spec a gaming PC, but to be honest I am out of the loop on whats current. Something mid range on the gfx front, but still good enough to run at high settings etc.

Was thinking of an I5, a suitable board with a good amount of ports etc.
8GB of ram
250 SSD for the boot and 1 TB for storage.

What type of power supply would be required?

About 5%-10% better than Ivy overall..

They do have heat issue but can reach 4.5 maybe 4.7.

I think the board in that spec is voltage locked though, if i recall, so this board would be a better choice, for only £7 more:
