hes saying it's a good place to buy second hand. but it's only computer/tech ****. you can;t sell your car or your body on there
 
the members market is pretty good, selling to like minded people is a lot easier than to selling to a small percentage (i.e ebay).

dont expect to get the most money out of it, people know what things are worth, people know what they want to pay and most of all you should be glad people will be getting the use out of it.
 
The members market is a very good place to buy and sell computer and audio visual equipment as you can see how long someone has been on the forum and it operates a trust feedback system. There are strict rules around what should go in the advert (e.g. price drops at certain times) when selling so familiarise yourself with them. But this makes it generally a safer place than somewhere like ebay. You will also generally seem for less than ebay although there are no fees involved. Companies are not allowed.

Scammers are not unheard of, of course, but I would personally use it over ebay. Also be aware that it's fairly standard for new users with little or no " trust" to be asked by a high trust buyer to send the item before full payment (e.g. half payment, then send item, then the remaining payment).

It's thriving with activity and is a great place to buy and sell. You'll have to wait and see though ;)
