Official GTX 690 Owners Thread!

I've seen that there is one for Titan owners and GTX 780 owners AND 7990 owners but no 690!!! Is there a reason for this or does somebody just need to make it?

Also, I would've thought that the 7990 would be even less popular still! Is there really that many 7990 owners?

It is indeed the C70. I would recommend it if you can replace the side panel, as it looks better with a plain panel.
Other than that, it's a great sturdy case.

Awesome rig. where did you get a plain panel for yours?

I have a 690 aswell...pictures below.

Just a quick question...my card runs at about 80-85c on full load on most games with fans on full...is this normal? seems quite hot to me.

anything i can do to lower the temps?

That's normal, don't worry about it.
I've dropped temps very slightly by re-applying the TIM on the cores and placing small heatsinks on the back of the card. Generally see around 70c-75c for BL2 and 80c-85c for heavy games.

GTX 690s do run a bit hotter than the rest of the 6 series
