KFA 680 cable help

Hi All,

Yesterday I bought this card from OCUK http://www.kfa2.com/GTX680LTDOCv4.shtml I didn't notice when I bought it that there was no DVI ports as I just expected this to be standard.

I made this post yesterday on the monitors forums http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18534277

Basically all I want 120hz for is 2d gaming at 1920x1200 which is the Benqs max resolution.

Will an adaptor like this work https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-086-OK ?

I'm hoping someone has the card or is using displayport for 120hz and can advise me, thanks.

Don't you need a dual link DVI cable to get 120hz to work? I don't know if this will work? Not having a DVI is what put me off this gpu.

This is what worries me, I've done a lot of googling around and I find a lot of people saying displayport 1.2 supports 120hz but can't find if anyone is actually using it.

Thinking I just need to return it and get something else

Yea I did, would rather just send it back than open, try and be possibly disappointed. I'll leave it till Monday to see if anyone has had any experience with this.

Otherwise looks like back to the drawing board on a card, I see the people who bought their 670's are getting some nice overclocks!
