Yeah most women are evil tbh, properly petty, shallow childish time wasting creatures, 95% of women I know are like this, sure they have their pleasant side, but nearly all of them see this as a 'tool' to get what they want, instead of just being themselves, why life has become a bargaining table for most of them, beyond me, if they just stopped being idiots vast amounts of stress for a lot of people would go away.

Saying this, most men around here are like that as well, steroid taking numpties that just act like idiots and disgusting creatures, modern UK isn't a particularly nice place,lol.
 
Congratulations, but through all this hate for this woman, just remember that it's your daughter who you are doing it for, not your or her ulterior motives.

As long as your daughter remains happy and stable, knowing that you both love her, then all is good!

I was on the phone to social services the morning after. (I had to go and pick my daughter up when it happened, mother had kicked off then left the flat so my girl had no idea what was happening.) They basically said it wasn't even on their radar of **** parenting due to their lack of manpower.

£200 for the C100 and about £100 of legal fees (had a local mackenzie friend check over my paperwork, rest of stuff was done litigant in person.)

Yup, my ex has been crap for years but my girl was happy so i said nothing, when she asked to change things around i took the required action.

I wouldn't say 95% but it does amaze me how women just turn at the flick of a switch into utterly horrible, nasty cows.

Someone I presume the OP once loved and wanted to settle down with.

sounds like you found something extremely rare, a judge in touch with reality. that actually knows how things work in the real world
 
Congratulations, a friend of mine's daughter has just done the same after years of mental abuse from the mother.

I'm lucky in that my kids mum and I get on very well still and can talk things through rationally as people should be able to. When the time comes and both the kids are old enough to make a decision it will be their choice.
 
Awesome result! You shouldn't need tons of evidence to back up your case, if the child wants to live legally in your house they should be able to :)
 
good result, its amazing how bitter women can be over children, although I've never had a problem with my ex-wife, I know how vindictive she can be and has on occasion used the children as a stick to beat me with, but luckily she couldnt keep her legs crossed with new husband so loves to dump my two on me all the time, which is fine, they are happier I am happier.
