MSI 7950 or GTX 760?

Hey guys,

Just looking at building myself a whole new system. I can't decide between the MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III Boost: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-190-MS&tool=3

and the MSI GeForce GTX 760 Gaming Edition: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-206-MS

Anybody got any recommendation as to which one to go for?

760, but thats just my personal choice.

the 7950 is more powerful but if you want to use the nVidia 3D vision thingie then the 760. The 760 also draws less power apparently

Comparison - be aware different editions & different drivers make these results a rough guide only

Edit: I'm currently trying to resist that very 7950! Cracking offer.

The 7950 is very good value at that price and it probably comes with the AMD game bundle also.

I've a couple of KFA2 760OC's in 2 machines and they're great cards playing at 1080/1200p.

If the 7950 comes with three free games then you can take another £23 minimum off that price if you sell those games. (assuming you sell on the MM - sell at an auction site to make moar)

7950, a no brainer.

Push it to 1000 core and you're in 770 performance territory, in crysis 3 at least.
