Plants Vs Zombies 2 coming July 2013

If this comes to Android I'll be all over it.

Tbh with all the Android users in the world now, it makes no sense to not have it on both platforms.

In-app purchases are probably more popular on iOS. Let's hope there's an Android version available later this year.

Has anyone else had a bug with PvZ 1 where the game wouldn't launch? It's happened to so many of my friends and myself :(

I am so disappointed.

No PC or Android version, and it is a free App. However you pay something like £5 per plant, and pay for coins. So much for a fun game! Makes me rage!

Typical EA. I am definitely not playing this. Even though the first one was so good! :(

I really like it. I can live without paying for extra plants. The new ones they give you and the plant food abilities make up for it. All the levels can be played by a bit of grinding. 4/5 from me.

Another ca ching moment for ea, another dev getting beaten to the darkest depths.

I keep in periodical contact with a dev working within EA, he describes working for them Quote "its like all us devs are huddled under a table while a guy in a Gestapo uniform whips us to work harder".

Agreed. No need to spend a dime.

It's not bad but the whole grind aspect isn't much fun, it just stinks of fleshing the game out by making you play each level four times. Sure, you don't *have* to do them all, but it feels like little effort was made beyond core game design.

The main storyline is good fun though, the plant-food is a good idea.

I'm hovering around 3/5 at the moment.

I think it would be tedious if you just repeated the levels but as you have to do specific things like don't plant on mould, use only 10 plants, etc. it's not too bad.
