Yeah it looks good an will all work. :)

Maybe you should think about an aftermarket cooler for the CPU though, it's be quieter and give you lower temps and the ability to overclock that chip high. :)
 
Get the Z9 U3 fella, it's the newer improved version of the chassis. The optical drive doesn't burn disks, might be wise to look at THIS instead. Is the cable for another screen?
