Show us your kitty cats

Thanks, he was a awesome cat.

So glad that someone was kinda enough to take him off the road when they did and give him back to us once they found our missing posters. Least we got him back to say good bye.

The wife is in bits and so is his sister, really don't know what to do for her as she is constantly following his scent and sitting by the cat flap pining :(

I know it may be a bit soon, but she might appreciate another cat for company, even if its not her brother.

Otherwise, I'm sure you're doing all the right things, giving her extra attention etc. did she get to see her brother after he was found. Depending on the circumstances obviously, but at least then she might know he'd "gone"

We live on "cat alley" so there are plenty of cats to keep her company (not that she likes many of them tho) and don't think the wife could handle getting another.

The vet recommended that we didn't show her Tigz body so we didn't, but we initially thought the same. Guess it could distress her even more...

Sorry to hear you lost your cat Phunky.
4 months back, my cat died, but I assure you it does get better/easier, with the progression of time.

Here is Oscar

I wish I could get a kitten like yours!

does anyone know where i can buy evo cat food in the uk?

i want some high meat % wet food and this stuff is 95% (whiskers is only 5%!)

anyone know any better high meat % wet food?

I didnt think that you could buy 95% (cooked) wet cat food.
The only thing that can compete with this is pure raw meat.
Do you have a link for this stuff you speak of?
And what is its price/kg?

We should have a new kitty for Oscar (& Poppy if she can show the interest lol) in a few weeks.

He is about 3-4 weeks old at the min, so we hope to get him with in another 3-4 weeks. So photos will follow of Kitty 'X' were thinking of names for him

Hey guys,

Was just reminiscing about the kittens that Joker, Trixi and myself took... I sorta miss them all... seem like ages ago they were playing like this:

So cute!!!! You know the answer Stelly, tempt another stray pregnant cat into your garage and you get to do it all over again!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D

Is the mum still visiting/living with you? Does she interact with the Richard at all?

I'm still feeding the mother... our house is a little higher than then garage that I feed her in... so she sits on the roof of the garage and stares at me through the kitchen window as if she is saying "Look I'm here, I need feeding!!"

The last few days she hasn't even been waiting for me to finish putting the food in the bowl and as been literally about 5 cm away from my hand and I stay next to the bowl while she eats, pretty amazing to be honest.

I actually touched her by accident yesterday and she was like, hang on what just happen... god knows I'm just hungry! :) I was rather chuffed with that... it was only a small touch but she is getting use to me :)

Richard isn't allowed out at the moment. The vet advised us that he was a little on the small side and that she recommended that he stay in until he gets spayed as there is a mad woman around the back from us that has around 25 feral (un-neutered) cats living in her garage...

I really didn't think that I would miss them having Richard but I really do :\

Try Zooplus can't see Evo but they have some great quality foods such as Animonda Carny, Grau, Almo Nature etc.

http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/cats/canned_cat_food_pouches

The brands you've mentioned dont come close to the 95% meat content being talked about here. Even Applaws, which I rank as the absolute highest quality (when I open up a can, it smells and feels like this is good enough for human to eat) comes in at 75%.

The only way I can see getting close the 95% figure is feed the cat raw (pure) meat.

She's coming around to you at last. It just took some time to get used to you and building up some trust with you. Next thing you know and she will have moved in. :D:D:D

Told you that you would regret it if you let Richard go as well. :p You underestimated how easily they work their way into our hearts. After all the hard work you invested in them i am really glad you kept him. You should be extremely proud of what you did.

Sadly my little one is off her food for two days :( The vet advised some Panicure and so I put a little on some of her food and ever since she's barely eaten. She plays still but is definitely not as energetic as she was. Drinking a little water but sniffing then ignoring food although I did see her eat a crane-fly.
