I actually have not oc`d at all on haswell motherboards last time i overclocked was with x58 chipsets not even ive or sandy...

----------------------

so its all new to me, also using my old x58 motherboard ddr3 memory on the board until my new stuff arrives, speaking of memory the IMC on haswell is uber awesomeness fantastico no hint yet at all that there is imc instability when high clocking memory :D

does that look ok ? memory speeds ect ? performance....
this is with all 4 dim slots taken up only had to change 3 settings in the bios.. and disable all power saving features though once i get a clock im going to stick to im going to reenable those features as this where awesome :D

i also probably have a good chip, default VID is 0.875v low :)
tested out 4.5ghz @1.2v

Think I'm right in saying that CPU-z doesn't read the vcore right, unless the Gigabyte skinned version changes that somehow.

Where those max temps after stress-testing/benchmarking it?

Not sure but the thats what it says in aida32 and bios so must be right.
those temps are not full load.
i get around low 70s at full load / high 50s in most games i play, nocta d14.

CPU-Z 1.64.2 (or even .1, not sure) and up get it right. It's CoreTemp which reports a wrong value of 0.8250V.

BTW, the memory you're using seems quite okay timings wise, and for gaming you wouldn't see much of an improvement changing it. Try setting command rate to 1 though, most memory can take that just fine.

I found that HWMonitor agrees with Gigabyte's EasyTune application for CPU voltage.
I'm having some temperatures issues (in Prime95), but I'm hoping it's just my H60.

Currently only running 4.2GHz @ 1.16v and Prime will still get 1 core into the high 80s.

yeah but its 2000mhz rated memory i dont think t1 is possible at those speeds, or is it lol
and certainly not at 9.9.9 timings.
though the memory can do 1600 T1 6.7.7 timings.

reason for upgrade is becuse the memory i have i could only put in 8gb 4x2 sticks. as there is only 4 dim slots.
the other 2 sticks i have i couldnt use to make it 12gb lol

temp issues its defo becuse of your h60 i use to have one and i hated it lol

I'm using CPU-z 1.65.1 and it's not got it right on my Gigabyte Z87X-OC board.
