Is my pc a high/medium rig?

Well the CPU is of medium power in comparison to what's available (FX 8 core, Sandy/Ivy/Haswell i5 and i7 all better), and the GPU is definitely in the middle of the AMD 7000 series gaming cards. You have a lot of ram which may be good for other stuff, but too much for gaming by miles so doesn't really help you much more than having 4GB.
Weak points are no SSD, and cheap motherboard.
On the whole it's not bad, it's definitely a medium specced gaming machine as far as I can see should have no trouble playing most of the latest games at high to max settings depending on the title.

I have an FX6300 too, but my point above still stands.
