Will this spec be able to run Wildstar (MMO), Team Fortress 2, Humble Origin Bundle games etc. in good quality?

Is there any parts that I can get the same quality/power but cheaper? I'm not sure about my RAM choice so it would be nice to get some advice on that as well please.

Your motherboard isn't suitable, so I've adjusted your spec with something that is. Your choices are mostly fine but I've switched some things and upped your graphics card to a 7950. Your case link won't load for me so I've put in a good quality low cost one.

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI HD 7950 OC BE 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (R7950-3GD5/OC BE G) with FREE GAMES £175.99
1 x AMD Piledriver FX-8 Eight Core 8320 Black Edition 3.50GHz (Socket AM3+) Processor - Retail £119.99
1 x Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 AMD 970 (Socket AM3+) DDR3 Motherboard £89.99
1 x Corsair Builder Series CX 600w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply (CP-9020060-UK) £59.99
1 x Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00CEU) £53.99
1 x Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM (ST1000DM003) HDD £49.99
1 x Xigmatek Asgard Pro Gaming Case - Black £32.99
1 x LG GH24NSB0 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM £16.99
Total : £614.02 (includes shipping : £11.75).

That's a lovely rig for the money teppic. :).

Id add an after market cooler though extra £25. Just so you can overc lock the CPU a little and it's less noise. :)

Yeah I wanted to put one in but it's taking the budget higher rather than lower :) And I didn't want to take it back down to a 7870...

Yeah, if possible I'd definitely try to stretch it a bit for the cooler. There's nothing else that can be cut really except the PSU, 500W would just about be ok.

Here's the revised one.

It's up a bit - but this spec will max out the Origin bundle games, it won't even notice you playing Source games like TF2, and I've never heard of Wildstar. It's fine at high settings for the free included games - Bioshock Infinite, Crysis 3 and Far Cry 3. It'll also be great for BF4 :)

It's fine if you need your budget at £600 - but the 7950 really will add a huge boost to games and let you run at higher settings. It's a great deal.

The 7950 even before overclocking is about 20-30% faster than the 7870. Then add on the factory overclock, for a load more, and your own overclock for stock 7970 performance. And you've got 3GB memory and higher bandwidth...

All for £25 :)

edit: oh, you already did it :p

Thank you Teppic and Doomedspeed, this will be the first time I have built a PC so do you have any advice on this you two?

If you watch a couple of youtube videos on it you'll see it's really quite easy. Other than that, overclock the CPU and graphics card for extra performance, it'll be useful in the most demanding games like Crysis 3. Some games won't need it at all (like Dead Space) but it's still good to do.
