Howdy all,

Any ideas of what we should do after the karting meet, say in October/November time?

RR day? Pub meet? Track day?

Got nothing penciled in for after September yet :D

Last time we ran somewhere other than Powerstation it was all a bit of a shambles really which is why we went back to PS, especially as it is fairly easy access for most of the country (apart from the borders with Scotland). ... But I'm not arranging anything do fill yer boots. :D

It wasn't a shambles, we just had a lot of cars and the guys who own EuroSpec2000 took their time to get them through :D

I wouldn't arrange anywhere other than PS again though as it is my preferred dyno and most people here have base figures from there too. Plus.. they get the work done efficiently, Fuzz who works there is on the forum, he is friendly, assists with the cars etc. So yeah, PS or no RR basically.

I'm happy to arrange a RR day, however, would we like something different?

They took an hour+ to run each car, spent most of the morning on a random Porsche, no pub or drive was arranged, people got bored quickly and went off exploring the area for something to do...certainly wasn't as smooth as the days at PS with HH and lanes.

If another PS day is run, I may stick mine on the rollers, depends how I feel closer to the time though.

Well, I suppose I'd probably come down anyway :p

Eurospec was fine, 10 minutes from my house, all good.

;)

Nah, no point going to any other RRs than PS for the reasons Scooby mentioned. I'd be up for another one.

Fair enough! If it's something other than RR I'd be interested, not driving to Tewksbury just for a RR though, 2 hour drive each way on the lovely M6 doesn't do it for me :p
