Blast from the past: My Mustang sales advert!!

I love those wheels that are on it now, on any other Mustang I'd like that bodykit (purely because of my love of Barricade from Transformers) but knowing it's on such a rare (in the UK) car makes me a little sad.

Wheels are the same, just painted black, which are fine, its the bodykit and side exit exhaust I completely think have ruined it. Maybe acceptable if it began life as a regular Mustang GT to do that, though not my cup of tea. But to do that to a Saleen is just a big :( :( :(
 
im a sucker for side exits on muscle cars, but agree that the saleen looked better as it was.

could have just got a regular GT and done all that to it.
 
I like the bonnet and the front bumper, not so keen on the rear spoiler and side skirt/side exhaust combo.

Totally agree, the bodykit should never have been fitted, you look at your pics and it's infinitely a better car.

The only thing that would put me off buying an import of any car, is where I would go if I need it Serviced/Work needed done on it, I'm not a handy, my only saving grace is my brother is a mechanic, but If I was to get something like a mustang I would rather take it to a specialist who will do the job properly.

Any garage can work on them, simple is an under-statement and everything is so accessible, such an easy car to work on and also incredibly reliable, I never had a single issue with mine and I more than doubled its engine output on stock internals. :)
 
That sub just epitomises the type of person who owns that now!
Is that Nitrous even real? there doesn't appear to be any way of controlling it :confused:
 
You serviced the car yourself ?? I'm surprised the Motors Elite has not disowned you or told you how, by servicing the car yourself, rather than getting £27995 it would only be worth £279.95.....;)
 
The spoiler would look good if it was Nissan gtr type subtle one, that Jap style supra looking one straight out of fast and furious looks so so bad :( Lol at the sub as well.

Oh good god Barry really went to town on that! :( Don't know how you kept yourself together when he offered it back to you! That wing, that Halfords petrol cap, plastic scoops everywhere he could possibly fit a plastic scoop, and for the love of god please don't tell me that's a fake nitrous bottle???!!! Heartbreaking.
 
Wow, that is pretty bad... no need to mess with a car when it's fine to start with.

Some kits do make the mustang look mean as **** but that's not one of them at all.

As said previously although not to my my tastes I could understand on a normal mustang but to do that to a saleen mustang is criminal. I hope he still has the original kit so the car can be salvaged.

The previous gen S281 is one of my top 5 favourite American cars.
