Hi,

My current motherboard needs replacing due to a fault (MSI P67A), Im not looking to change anything else as my system runs everything I want very well.

Anyways, what is the current recommended replacement for a socket 1155 mobo, using a I5-2500k cpu (overclocked to 4Ghz)?
Preferably no more than £100 but willing to stretch if needed.

Thanks all!

Being a owner of MSI Z77 and a Gigabyte Z68 motherboard, I would come down on the Gigabyte side, they are just that bit better.

Interesting.

I have MSI Z68 and Gigabyte Z68 and ive had no end of problems with that silly uefi/bios gigabyte have. The MSI has a much better uefi and also got a higher max overclock. I would recommend MSI all day long :)

p.s. I also had the MSI P67 board which had a better uefi than the gigabyte!

That's the trouble here. Both are very good boards with only a midges margin between them. I'm new to the uefi bios, but have had NO problem with either of them so far.
