How to deal with eBay buyer!

Thanks, it's been on my mind! :p

A few negative points won't usually put me off buying from anyone, you always get the odd clown buyer so it's to be expected.
 
Another ebay idiot buyer just put it down to experience. If they do send an item back for a refund check its the same item you sent originally.
Ebay seldom help the seller in cases like this at all.
Avoid the temptation of sending abuse as the buyer will just report it to ebay and cause you more hassles.
 
Eh... why everyone being annoying about him being a business?
My personal ebay account is set up as a business account simply to save on various fee's.

Ebay treats business members better than personal members. And my return policy is pretty much the same.

Never had an issue and I doubt I will.

Though my details are all on show and genuine on ebay

Can you not see his point though, the rules are there for a reason and if one person is breaking them then why should anyone else play by them especially when he's coming on here complaining that someone isn't playing nicely.
