Concentraiting juice?

How is it done, can I get a machine for it? I have a Soda Stream, I love it, I can make my own soda. Sadly, all the syrups they have are GMO & without real sugar. USA huh, land of the free, accept for GMO free food/drinks.

Take juice, boil until it's the desired thickness.

As far as I know it's done by evaporating the water out of fruit juice, probably slightly more to the whole process but that's the gist of it.

Does Take juice come from a Take tree or is it more like the low growing strawberry kind of plant?
